They proactively tested the system against all kinds of failure situations, they have even tested running my ACs and sent a HVAC tech to install soft start so that it puts less load on the battery and solar system. Love the concept of micro grid where they can choose to use my battery to send power to the grid under high demand. Note: This is a long term commitment and you do not own the battery, its like leasing your home to them for a small fee and in turn get a battery backup. Looking forward to getting my hands on the Android app.”
