    We'll review your setup.

    Our engineers will confirm whether your home qualifies — and if so, for how many batteries (0, 1, or 2).

    From there, we'll handle all the paperwork and logistics.
  3. A Base technician on installation day

    Installation. We've got it covered.

    Your install happens in two visits. On the first, we install the electrical equipment and get your home ready for the battery.

    Within three weeks we're back to install the battery outside near your meter. No one needs to be home, and your power stays on.

    After that, your home is backed up, connected, and ready for whatever comes next.

The battery agreement runs with the home. If the new homeowner signs up for Base, everything transfers easily. If not, we'll remove the system — no matter when you move.
