While I thought it was too good to be true, Base’s solution is exactly what I’ve been looking for - backup power for an affordable upfront cost. Also excited to support a Texas-based team determined to fix our grid’s problems.
Just got my system installed. The initial communication and the install process has been great!
Fantastic experience overall, thankful to have Base Power at three of my properties in Texas!
I have been a customer since June. The team is fantastic, the price is reasonable and gives our family peace of mind having a battery. Looking forward to seeing this company thrive.
The idea of saving money, having a backup system, and environmentally friendly were the top reasons I chose Base. I've always wanted a backup system. I love how the system works. It is quiet, efficient, and a great thing for our planet. Thor and Everett were polite, professional, and courteous. I recommend Base Power and fully endorse their products!
