Knowing that I have battery backup is a welcome addition - and the price is right. They have always responded to all comments in a timely fashion and their public announcements are very useful and informative. Fortunately I have not had - yet - had to rely on the battery, but that demonstrates to me that in spite of all the horrible weather we have had, I can rely on maintaining the poser I would need should it becomes necessary.
