An amazing process. Initially everything was done remotely but very effectively. I was wowed by the installation. Several guys installed the battery system in 5 to 6 hours. This included setting down a Base, installing the battery pack and controller, installing the cutover system, mounting large and small conduit runs, connecting to my existing electrical system, activating and thoroughly testing the battery backup system. And while all of this was occurring a dispatched air conditioning technician installed a soft start device on my outside compressor. All seamless, very impressive. The only glitch involved the materials delivery.

This was a great experience. They explained how it works, took care of switching the service, and the quality and workmanship of the install was top notch. I would recommend everyone to check Base out!

I have been very pleased with the battery backup system Base installed at my home. Within the first week of having the battery, we experienced a 7+ hour power outage in our neighborhood. The Base battery kicked in with barely a flicker of the lights and was able to run my entire home, including the AC, until grid power was restored. Before having the Base battery, I would have had to roll out my portable generator, fire it up and connect it to my electrical transfer switch to run my home during an outage. Now the Base battery handles all of this for me without any intervention on my part. This provides peace of mind, especially when I am away from home.
