Choosing Base is one of the best decisions I have made! After years of random and major power outages, I was constantly worried about when the next one would occur. Had an issue with our Base equipment during an outage. Base responded on a weekend quickly. They followed up like they said they would. Even though our power came back on so the repair wasn't an emergency, they still sent a tech out on the weekend. He was very nice and professional, answered my questions and stayed until he verified it was working like it should. This was the first issue I've had with the equipment and was impressed how they handled it.

I have really enjoyed having Base Power for several reasons:
First, our bill is constant, and very reasonable. No more outrageous summer time bills. Just a steady amount every month.
Second, we love knowing we will have power even if the grad goes down, AND our solar panels will still generate power.
Third, we just renewed our contract, and they offered us the same monthly rate as we had the first year. Every other power company jacks up the rate after the first year, or changes something so the initial offer that got you in no longer applies.
Base Power is a good company and I plan to be with them for a LONG, LONG Time!
