Outstanding customer service. Base Power always responds on time and never leaves you unattended after installation. They don’t just install the system and disappear — they regularly come back to check and make sure everything is running smoothly. I’m extremely satisfied. There was a power outage at night that lasted 3–4 hours and then came back, and I didn’t even notice it. Since we have two AC units at home, a soft starter was required, and Base Power installed it free of charge. Truly professional and reliable service. Highly recommended.

I had my batteries installed - February 2026. I am totally 100% pleased with Base - They exceeded my expectations with the installation and energy cost. Gavin and Emanuel did a superb job with the install - showed up on time and kept me informed of the process. When they finished they cleaned up the area better than I expected and made sure that I understood how the system worked before they left. My energy bill has decreased more than I expected. When the power goes out my batteries take over immediately. This has been the best purchase for my home since I moved here 6 years ago !! Great company, seamless process, that they have totally figured out. Update... I've received about 4 monthly billings and I couldn't believe the savings. This company is legit. My area has lost power for anywhere from 30 min. To a couple of hours, I knew nothing about the outage. System transfered so quickly that nothing in my house was flashing or flicked off and back on. It is totally amazing. Highly recommend you look into Base Power. Approximately 1year update: I referred my son who now has Base Power as well and he is amazed with the savings he has seen. We both have there Largest system they offer. System has been flawless, power has gone out since I have been on Base, if transfers over instantly. Only reason I knew power went out was our fiber optic internet rebooted due to the second delay power transfer. Love it... honestly recommend the system, glad I didn't go with back up generator I was thinking about installing.

I had planned to install a backup generator but due to cost had never proceeded. When I first learned about Base Power and the backup battery systems l became very interested. The cost was very reasonable and we chose to go with a dual 25 kVa system. The process was very easy and went exceptionally smooth from start through installation. Our electrical service switched several weeks ago and the batteries were installed today. I am very happy with this choice and having this option for backup power for our home. I highly recommend Base Power!

Great company to deal with, the install went smooth. There is a long vetting process to ensure their battery systems are a good fit for your location next to your electrical panel. I have had savings soon on my electrical bill, the app is great shows you what your daily power spending is. I had a generator connection to allow you to charge the system during the day and run on batteries at night on the event there is a long outage. Highly recommend this company.

We’ve had our Base Power system for about 3 months now and I honestly can’t imagine going back. The peace of mind alone is worth it—we’ve already had one outage, and everything just worked. No noise, no scrambling, no stress. The install was super clean, the app is easy to use, and the team was actually helpful (which is rare these days). It was also the cheapest option when I compared other energy providers. One of the best decisions we’ve made for our home.

Base Power has been nothing but exceptional. I was skeptical at first, but they were always there to answer any questions or concerns that I had. The install of my base battery was seamless. The crew was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Base brings in all the equipment and they removed all the empty containers and pallets. I was very impressed and pleased with the entire process, from ordering to install. My electric bill has been very reasonable, actually a lot less than the service I switched from.

Great communication. Easy installation process. I loved monitoring my up to the minute electric usage. My house is powered, according to the App, 1/3 of the time by battery power and 2/3 by the grid. No indication of switching from one Source to the other. Smooth, smooth, smooth.

The batteries were dropped off on pallets the day before installation. The day of installation crew was right on time, was respectful, informative, and efficient. The area was cleaned up of all excess material before they left. So happy with all of the communication from the start. Highly recommend especially for the peace of mind during hurricane season.

Ordered battery backup system from Base Power after I read local newspaper article describing it. Keeping it simple, they have a great home battery backup system that has capacity to power my fridge for 4-5 days, at very very low cost. Very good plan and good people doing the work. Note, this is not whole house power backup. AC on will draiin battery in a day. I suffered a 5 day and 2 day outage in past 3 years, must dump food from fridge/freezer. Now. I keep my food. I also have my portable generator as backup, but Base battery kicks on automatically when power outage occurs.
