From the initial contact through the installation, this has been a pretty easy process. The installers were great! They worked all day to set up our two batteries and they did not leave any mess at all and there were substantial materials and packing so I was very impressed by that. The operation has been seamless and the app is very easy to use.

Base has teamed up with Charge Pro to install my Base dual batteries today. Ben and his team were very professional. They were early to the install but did reach out via text to let me know they were on the way. Im sure ever installation is different. They overcame some of my situations and when done verified all looked good and worked as it should. Including verifying my solar and sense monitoring apps were reading correctly. Base chose an awesome crew to represent them and do it right. Keep it up Ben and crew.

The Best Decision I Ever Made Choosing Base Power.

Base brought its A game all through the process. From my initial inquiry to working through the details of the installation plan and execution. Their team has excellent attitudes and strong skills in every role I interacted with. Everyone was positive, leaning forward on any and all issues and making things happen. Dylan and Thor and their helper from Charge Pro were excellent. Dylan and Thor listened and answered all of my questions with strong expertise - they’ve done many many installations. Belton AC was also excellent- he listened as well and explained the work he was doing to prepare the AC units. Joseph and Nathan from Base engineering and finance, respectively, were awesome! Smart guys who know their stuff and willing to take questions and get them answered when needed. Base has assembled an excellent team and offering. I’m looking forward to life with their batteries backing us up.

This is amazing!!! Literally the electricity went out for a split second and then came back on. It was important because I had several zoom conference calls that I'm leading while also remoting into my firm's VPN. If you are looking for backup power options during outages, Base Power should be at the top of your list. This seems to be a new concept more and more power companies are offering, but I promise you, you will not find one with customer service as exceptional as theirs.

Honestly was surprised at how easy and how quickly they installed it too. I was skeptical at first as our experience with our previous Solar installer company took forever, but BASE Power had our batteries installed in less then 4 weeks and working great. The batteries already have helped us keep on the power steadily from a storm last night so THANK YOU!

The Base electricity backup system is much better than generators. It's more economical, quieter, and requires much less maintenance. In Texas we have a third world country electric grid due to poor state government. Homes need backup electricity from winter and summer storms.

We got this in Georgetown TX. The power grid in Georgetown Texas fricken sucks. Base has kept my wife and little ones lives uninterrupted since we got them. They come out and service their equipment and monitor it 24/7 from a phone app you can use and see.

I had a great experience with my Base Power installation. Andrew, Dominic, and Abel did an awesome job — very professional, friendly, and quick to address any questions or issues on the spot. Their attention to detail was excellent, and the final install looks extremely clean (which I appreciate with my OCD for neat wiring and layout). Everything has been working well, and the system looks fantastic. The only area I think could be improved is clearer communication around the scheduling of the soft start installation, but overall the process was smooth and the install team was outstanding. We have a Base system on our house and it gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing our power is going to stay on. Our neighborhood has frequent short outages, and it's taken care of us every time.

The guys work very hard. The problem was kept raining on them and the number two wire to feed into the disconnect. Our electric panel is too large to work with in small electric panel. Need to use a number one wire where they are able to maneuver and work it the number two wire is too hard to prop him in those short span's.
