Sign up and submit your deposit
Select battery configuration and submit $50 refundable deposit.
Submit home photos
Send us a few photos so we can confirm if your preferred battery setup will work for your home. If there are permits or paperwork needed to install, we handle all of that on our end.
Installation day
We'll work with you to pick a day for installation. Our crew will need two days on-site to get your battery installed and running.

BASE VS.GENERATORS
Your Base battery works automatically with average home electricity use. In the rare event that your home is using a lot of power at once (over 20 kW), like multiple high-draw appliances starting together, you may need to reduce usage before turning on battery backup. The Base App will let you know if this happens.
